Are your caregivers trained and background checked?
Yes. All caregivers undergo background checks, reference checks, skills assessments, and ongoing training to ensure high-quality care.
Can I meet my caregiver before services begin?
Absolutely. We arrange a meet-and-greet so you feel comfortable with the caregiver assigned to your care plan.
What happens if my caregiver is sick or unavailable?

Service & Scheduling Questions
How quickly can services start?
Most services can begin within 24–48 hours after the initial assessment.
Do you offer 24/7 or overnight care?
Yes. We provide round-the-clock care, overnight shifts, and flexible scheduling options.
Can I change my schedule later?
Yes. Care plans and schedules can be adjusted at any time to fit your needs, as long as there is 24-hour notice to notify the caregiver and the office.
Payment & Insurance Questions
What payment options do you accept?
For private paying clients, we accept personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, & Discover.
Medicaid programs, long-term care insurance (through Medicaid & Humana), and certain waiver programs.
Do you accept Medicaid and help with any insurance paperwork?
Yes. Our team assists with eligibility questions, documentation, and coordination with case managers.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No long-term contract is required. Services are flexible and can be paused or discontinued at any time.
